Colleen Kuemmel (Spring)
Colleen is a 500-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher with additional training in Ayurveda, meditation, and mindfulness. For the past seven years, she has shared her practice with communities across the globe. Her teaching emphasizes inner exploration and embodied awareness, offering space for movement, stillness, and breath. Colleen currently teaches yoga and meditation at Cook County Prison, where she is honored to hold space for healing and resilience.

Jen Wilder (Fall)
Jen is a 500 hour trauma informed yoga teacher, bodyworker, and educator. The past few years Jen had attained her BA in psychology, specializing in working with a variety of high risk demographics, bringing nervous system education, trauma informed somatic practices such as yoga along with a variety of regulating modalities. Jen’s passion and love for the practice of yoga carries off the mat and into how she connects to herself and the world around her. She believes that silliness, play, and humor are essential to a life well lived, and especially to bringing a little more lightness into the healing journey. What really lights Jen up is witnessing the transformative power of embodied movement, seeing how the practice can soften what feels ridged, allow space for curiosity, and courageously allow the entirety of our humanity to exist in all its wondrous awe and inevitable ache.
